Jeannette’s Bridal Shower
I think we can all agree that Jeannette is beautiful, but those who know her also know she brings joy to everything she touches. I have seen Jeannette host many parties for her family and friends, and I have seen her pour her heart and soul into making others happy. So, I was thrilled to see how beautiful her own shower was. The shower was held at the Peacock Garden Café in Coconut Grove. The theme was “so” Jeannette: classy, elegant, but fun at the same time. We all enjoyed a nice lunch, delicious red and white sangria, lots of games and presents, but most importantly, the joy of seeing Jeannette and Eric’s happiness as they plan their upcoming wedding and the rest of their lives together. Cheers to the nice couple and as I said in one of my favorite photos from the shower, “may you dance forever.” XOXO.Jeannette & Eric

Patricia’s Bridal Shower
I recently had the pleasure of photographing Patricia’s Bridal Shower. The party was held at the family’s Coral Gables home. The decorations and details were all beautifully arranged by the gracious hostesses, Eloisa and Laura. Patricia was showered with love, presents, laughter and also with a little bit of rain, which served to make the party a true “shower” and made for nice photo opportunities as the guests were greeted under big blue umbrellas. They all had a wonderful afternoon sipping mimosas, wine, and enjoying delicious crepes made to order by “The Crepe Maker” www.crepemaker.com.

I leave you with a slideshow of some of the photos I captured during the party. Congratulations to Patricia and her family on this happy occasion.

Rachel’s Bridal Shower
I recently had the pleasure of photographing Rachel’s bridal shower at the Chart House Restaurant in Coconut Grove. What a nice afternoon this was!! Rachel’s wish was to have her shower outdoors next to the ocean and that’s exactly what she got. A group of special ladies in Rachel’s life got together and enjoyed a wonderful lunch overlooking Biscayne Bay. Rachel looked beautiful and her happiness was contagious. Best wishes for Rachel on her upcoming wedding day and future married life. Many thanks to Rachel’s wonderful aunt, Idania who has followed my blog for over a year and trusted me with capturing this happy occasion in their family. I leave you with a slideshow of some of the pictures from the shower. Enjoy!!!

Alex & Gigi’s Couples Wedding Shower
Alex and Gigi have to be one of the nicest couples I know. Whenever I am around their family and friends, I feel like I am among my own. They recently celebrated their wedding shower with a couples lunch at the Rusty Pelican and it was so much fun!!! The teal and chocolate decorations were accented by gorgeous centerpieces made of fragrant pink roses. The food was great, and the games they played were different from others I’ve seen and lots of fun, but the highlight of the party, besides the beautiful couple, was the deserts. Among other things, they had a “candy station” where the main attraction was chocolate with the tallest chocolate fountain I have seen in a while. Everyone enjoyed the party and showered the couple with good wishes, many presents, and lots of love. Congratulations Alex & Gigi, I wish you life long happiness.

Tata’s Creations
Some of my clients have expressed an interest in the crochet party favors that they have seen in some of my photographs. For those who may be interested, I am posting some samples of the beautiful things “Tata” makes. You can place your order through me (Tata is a little shy), and I will be happy to help. The crochet creations are hand made and very unique, no two are ever alike. I can tell you they are made with much love by a person who is just an angel from heaven. She’s my aunt and I am so proud of her!!! Here are a few photos of her beautiful work.
Crochet hats for showers

Your guests will love them!!
Little princess shoes hold mints or potpourri and are great for quinces, birthdays and showers
She also makes beautiful crosses which are great for First Communions and Christenings and little baby strollers which are great for baby showers. I don’t have photos of the crosses or strollers to post at the moment, but as soon as I do, I will do so.

Lourdes’ Lingerie Bridal Shower
Last Saturday was a perfect day to hang with the girls, drink Martinis and bring out the sexy lingerie and that’s just what Lourdes and her friends did. This shower was so much fun!!! Lourdes is blessed with such good friends who got together and made this an unforgettable day for her. The shower was held at Ely’s home, one of Lourdes’ best friends. The ladies enjoyed a delicious “arroz campesino” which was cooked during the party by Don Pepe Paella, a chocolate fountain with all the trimmings, cake and many other goodies. They played games and opened lots of nice presents. Lourdes and Jose are a very sweet couple. They will be getting married at the end of the year. Congratulations!!! Here are some of the shots from the party.

Anita’s Bridal Shower
I spent a wonderful afternoon last Sunday at Anita’s bridal shower. Anita and Anthony are blessed with a beautiful family who got together to make this a very special day for Anita. The decorations were created by the very talented Ani and Gabi from Gabani Events www.gabanievents.com. The delicious lunch was all prepared by Anita’s mom and aunts. The group played fun games and helped Anita open her gifts, many of which were geared towards sending the couple off to an unforgettable honeymoon. Anita and Anthony will be tying the knot on May 24th. Congratulations!!!
