It’s Valentine’s Day and I can’t think of better timing to post about Eric & Jeannette.  I had the honor of photographing their rehearsal dinner, and it was the highlight of my week.  Eric and Jeannette are just a great couple. Their rehearsal dinner was the perfect way to kick off the wedding celebrations, and the happy couple enjoyed the night among close family and friends who have helped them make their dream wedding a reality.  Everyone received thank you presents from Eric and Jeannette, but most important, everyone was happy and very excited about the wedding.  Congratulations Jeannette and Eric and enjoy your first Valentine’s Day as a married couple.  Happy Valentine’s Day!  XOXO

I recently had the pleasure of photographing Beatriz and Tom’s Rehearsal Dinner at Novecento Restaurant on Brickell.  On this beautiful night a group of their closest family and friends gathered to celebrate in anticipation of their amazing wedding, which took place the following day.  Lots of nice things were said about this beautiful couple, but the one thing that is obvious by just looking at them is that they are both loving, caring persons, and that they are absolutely in love with each other.  I enjoyed the rehearsal dinner as well as all the events that followed on their wedding day, which I was fortunate enough to be a part of.  Stay tuned for postings of the wedding day coming soon.

Congratulations!

Last Thursday I went to San Juan Bosco Catholic Church to photograph Anita and Anthony’s wedding rehearsal.  The group did great at the rehearsal and gathered afterwards at Pueblito Viejo Restaurant and Tavern in Westchester where they enjoyed delicious Colombian food.  Anthony surprised his bride with a Mariachi serenade.  Anita and Anthony shared with their family and friends and expressed their love and gratitude to them with many gifts.  Stay tuned for photos of the wedding, which by the way, exceeded everyone’s expectations.  Congratulations to this beautiful couple and their family.

Last Thursday I met Alex and Vanessa at St. Hugh Catholic Church in Coconut Grove to photograph their wedding rehearsal.  The wedding party paid close attention to Father Garcia’s instructions and when we left the church, everyone felt ready for the”big day.”  We then headed to the Garcia’s home where the family had prepared a fun and colorful “Luau” to start getting the couple ready for their honeymoon in Hawaii.  The party was lots of fun and family and friends shared a very special night together excitedly looking forward to the wedding.  On Saturday my husband and I attended the wedding as guests.  Please make sure you check Maloman Photographers’ website at www.maloman.com for what I am sure will be beautiful images of the wedding.  Vanessa and Alex are not only a beautiful couple, but very dear to all those who are lucky to have them in their lives.  I hope you’re having a fun and memorable honeymoon.  Congratulations!!!  Here are a few from the rehearsal.

Aloha!!!

Sandra and Jonathan recently gathered a group of family and friends at Sandra’s parents’ home for their rehearsal dinner.  They enjoyed Sandra’s dad’s famous BBQ and toasted to Sandra and Jonathan’s happiness.  The group had fun rehearsing and they were all looking forward to the wedding the next day at the beautiful Deering Estate.  Congratulations to the happy couple!!!

On Saturday I went to the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Miami Beach to photograph Dayse and Oscar’s welcoming dinner.  Many of their family members traveled to Miami from far away places to celebrate Dayse and Oscar’s new life together.  This lively group enjoyed a very nice evening as they toasted to the couple’s happiness and cheered them on in expectation of their Sunday wedding.  Congratulations!!! 

I went to Pedro & Dione’s beautiful home in South Miami where Gaby and Jen’s family held their rehearsal dinner with an authentic “Guateque.”  The beautiful garden was decorated in a Cuban theme and the dinner was animated by a guitarist who delighted the crowd with Cuban boleros.  The bartender prepared delicious Mojitos along with many other favorites, and a good time was had by all.  Congratulations Gaby and Jen.

On October 13, 2006, I documented Michelle and Damian’s wedding rehearsal at the Doral Country Club and Spa in Miami. Cocktails, dinner and dancing at Mojito’s Restaurant completed the celebration where the happy couple surrounded by their family and friends enjoyed their night.
