I met Lourdes & Jose over a year ago when I photographed their bridal shower.  Last Saturday I had the pleasure of shooting their maternity session, and I will also be photographing their baby shower next weekend.  Someone once told me that the photo business was a “one time deal” with clients, boy were they wrong!!!  My wonderful clients return to me for many of their events and I feel that in a small way I am part of their lives.  It’s wonderful to walk into a party or a wedding and see so many familiar faces of past clients who have recommended me to their friends.  It happens constantly, and I love it!!!  Anyway, I met this beautiful couple at Matheson Hammock Park very early in the morning last Sunday after I had a long day and late night the day before shooting a baby shower and an engagement cocktail party, so needless t say, I had a rough start,  but after two cups of coffee, and seeing Lourdes and Jose’s sweet smiles, I managed to have a wonderful session and ended up with a lot of nice portraits.  Lourdes and Jose are very much in love and will make wonderful parents.  They are anxiously anticipating the birth of their first son, Austin.  Here are some of the photos from the session.  Enjoy!!!

Anita and Anthony are very special to me, not only because they are such wonderful persons, but because they have trusted me to document some of the most important moments of their lives.  They recently traveled to Miami for their maternity session.  We took many photos on that day, and had a great time during the shoot.   I have created a slideshow with some of the images that can be shared with everyone.  Anita and Anthony are going to be great parents because they are just the sweetest most loving people you could ever meet.  I can’t wait for Sofia to arrive!!!  Also, please make sure you check the LolyPix blog for their baby shower photos which I will be posting very soon.

I recently met Christine and Richard at Matheson Hammock Park for their maternity photo session.  They are a beautiful couple who are very much in love and expecting their first son.  I think I captured the baby’s first professional photographs in some of the portraits, (in the sonogram), and those are some of Christine and Rick’s favorites as well as mine.  So sweet!!!  Enjoy a few of the photos from the shoot.

Barbi and Gio are an adorable couple.  We had a great time shooting their maternity portraits.  Gio came to the shoot very well prepared with a cooler filled with a variety of refreshing drinks, which made the afternoon seem more like a fun beach outing than a photo shoot.  Here are a few of the images I captured on this beautiful Miami day.  Enjoy!!!

Some of my clients have expressed an interest in the crochet party favors that they have seen in some of my photographs.  For those who may be interested, I am posting some samples of the beautiful things “Tata” makes.  You can place your order through me (Tata is a little shy), and I will be happy to help.  The crochet creations are hand made and very unique, no two are ever alike.  I can tell you they are made with much love by a person who is just an angel from heaven.  She’s my aunt and I am so proud of her!!!  Here are a few photos of her beautiful work.

She also makes beautiful crosses which are great for First Communions and Christenings and little baby strollers which are great for baby showers.  I don’t have photos of the crosses or strollers to post at the moment, but as soon as I do, I will do so. 

I met Lisa by chance and it was one of those things that are just meant to happen.  I was waiting for my clients to arrive for a photo shoot and Lisa’s mom was trying to take Lisa’s pictures.  She was frustrated by the task and approached me to ask if I would take her portraits.  Of course I said yes and I’m so glad I did.  Lisa and her mom, Eva are wonderful ladies and Lisa is such a beautiful mother-to-be.  We had a great time taking the photos.  Here are just a few of my favorites. 

I went to Matheson Hammock Park on Veteran’s Day to take Cinthia and Miguel’s portraits.  What a beautiful couple!!  They are expecting their first baby and it is a girl.  It was a very windy day at the park, but we managed to take some nice pictures and even got a beautiful golden sunset to top it all off.  With good looking parents like Cinthia and Miguel, I know their baby is going to be a doll.  Here are a few of the pictures from that session.
