I met with the Capper family recently to take Noah’s communion portraits.  Noah was impeccably dressed in a traditional white  communion suit and he made sure that all of his favorite pages in his prayer book were displayed in each one of his portraits, (that was very cute).  We also took the opportunity to capture some family Spring portraits during the outing to share with grandparents.  I am looking forward to Noah’s communion on April 12th and pray for many blessings for Noah and his beautiful family. 

Well, it’s first communion time again and I get to photograph the most perfect little angels around.  Last Sunday I had the pleasure of taking Sarah’s first communion portraits and she looked absolutely beautiful in her white dress.  Sarah is not only beautiful, but a very sweet little girl who is blessed with wonderful parents and two little sisters, Emma and Kate.  Sarah will receive her first communion on April 12th at the Church of the Little Flower in Coral Gables.  Here are a few of the photos I took of Sarah and some family shots too.  Enjoy!!!

I went to my good friend Blanca’s house to photograph her nephew Alex and beautiful fiancé Gigi’s engagement party.  Alex and Gigi make a great couple and they both have charming personalities.  Gigi and Alex’s family and friends enjoyed a “wine & cheese” party that turned out to be quite a feast with delicious gourmet food, wines to please all pallates and nice music.  I had a great evening with this nice group of people whom I consider family.  Thanks for having me there and I wish you all the happiness you both deserve.

I am so lucky to have such beautiful people to photograph!!!  We went on a fun outing to Cape Florida to take family portraits of the Carbonero family.  Mary and David are blessed with two beautiful children, Daniel and Olivia and even though it was one of the brightest days at the beach, they managed to keep their eyes open for the photos.  I’m posting just a few of the many nice portraits they will have to choose from.  Thank you guys, Tutti and I had a great time.

After much planning and anticipation, Vanessa’s bridal shower was celebrated last Sunday at the Rusty Pelican.  It was a beautiful afternoon and Vanessa was pleasantly surprised with the many nice details that the Pelican Room was decorated with.  The theme of the party was a fresh and colorful “Spring” look which captivated Vanessa’s personality perfectly.   A group of ladies enjoyed mimosas, a wonderful lunch and many fun games and the afternoon flew by as Vanessa and Alex opened lots of presents and shared their joy with their family and friends.  Congratulations!!!!

Last Friday I went to the Martinez’s home on Catalina Lake to photograph their daughter Virginia’s 15th birthday party.  Virginia is a beautiful, sweet young girl who is adored by her family.  Virginia and her father delighted the group by dancing to “The way you look tonight.”  The lively party went on by the lake on a perfect moonlit Miami night.  Happy Birthday Virginia!!!!

After much anticipation, Melissa’s shower was finally here, and I had the pleassure of photographing this beautiful and fun event.  Melissa is a very special person.  She is not only a beautiful woman, but she is blessed with an enchanting personality and a warm heart.  Melissa is also an events planner, www.eventsonabudget.com, so I knew from the start that this would be a beautiful party.  I was not dissapointed!  Melissa looked stunning in her aqua blue dress which was custom made from ”Sari” brought from India.  Her look was completed by the ”Mehndi” which are henna painted decorations on her hands and feet and also original jewelery brought from India for this special occasion.  Melissa’s guests enjoyed a colorful Arabian styled evening filled with incense, candles, good food, laughter and good wishes for the bride and groom to be.  Mark joined the party looking very handsome in his “Sherwani.”  Congratulations Mark and Melissa.  May this only be the beginning of your great journey together in a long and happy marriage.

What a pleasure it always is for me to work with Lisa and Misael.  Last Saturday their beautiful son, Sam was baptized at Mother of Christ Catholic Church during a beautiful ceremony officiated by Father Manuel Saavedra.  Sam looked handsome in his baptismal gown and behaved extremely well during the ceremony, he even took a nap!  We then went to the family’s home in Kendall where everyone enjoyed a very nice lunch.  Congratulations to all on this happy occasion and may God always bless Sam.
