I have covered a few events for Saba and her family and they have all been very special, but last Saturday I had the pleasure of shooting Saba’s very chíc wine tasting birthday party.  Saba is  the perfect example of, as they say, “just like good wine, you only get better with age.”  Saba is not only very beautiful, but such a charming lady!!  She celebrated her birthday in style.  Her guests enjoyed wine and tapas stations to please all palates.  There was a champagne station, a red wine station, a white wine station and a delicious desert station  featuring desert wines and after dinner liqueurs.  As the night progressed, the crowd just got more and more fun and I just had a blast shooting this party.  Needless to say, I expanded my knowledge about good wine and left the party feeling like a true wine connoisseur.  LOL.  Happy Birthday Saba!!!  Here’s to the next 50.  Cariños, Loly.

I worked all weekend covering some fun parties, which I will be posting soon, but I also managed to get away for a little while to enjoy the company of my husband and some of our friends.  What a beautiful weekend this was!!! and how lucky are those of us who get to live in Miami where our playground is breathtaking blue ocean and warm tropical breeze.  I’m ready for the week ahead.  Here are some photos we captured.

Three beautiful babies were baptized by Monsignor O’Doherty at the Church of the Epiphany last weekend, and I was thrilled to be part of this wonderful event.  Bianca, Nicolas and Karina behaved very well during the ceremony and they are just adorable!!!  Following the ceremony, family and friends went on to celebrate with two amazing parties.  The first party was a nice lunch on Saturday hosted by Bianca’s maternal grandparents at their home.  The second party was on Sunday at Nicolas and Bianca’s grandparents’ home.   The children are adored by their family.  May God always bless them.  I leave you with two slideshows, and some images of the events.

Once again, my sister and my parents outdid themselves with their traditional Easter party.  Easter Sunday turned out to be a beautiful Spring day and family and friends gathered and enjoyed the beautiful backyard, great food from Pepe Paella, refreshing drinks and lots of Easter treats.  The party was great fun for young and old and at the end of the day everyone left with a bag filled with goodies and a big smile on their faces.  I know I did.  Here are a few of the many colorful pictures captured during the party.  Enjoy!!!
