We just got back from Sanibel Island from our traditional yearly summer vacation.  This year it was just as wonderful as all the others.  We enjoyed fun water activities, lots of relaxation, good food, parties and fun games every night, but the most important thing of all was the unforgettable time we spent with each other as a family and we left once again looking forward to doing it again next summer.  Here are a few of the many photos we took.

I finally have a moment to post about Olivia’s First Communion day.  You can see her portraits at Olivia’s Communion Portraits .   On this beautiful day, we gathered at the Church of the Little Flower in Coral Gables where Olivia along with her classmates from St. Theresa Catholic School received her First Communion.  Olivia looked angelic walking down the long church aisle wearing her beautiful long white dress.  It was, no doubt, one of the most important days in Olivia’s life.  Her mom told me how excitedly Olivia anticipated this joyful day.  I will never forget the happiness in Olivia’s  little face as she received her First Communion and her joy throughout the rest of the day as we celebrated the occasion.  After church we enjoyed a delicious lunch at Los Ranchos Restaurant in Coco Walk.  Olivia opened presents, played with her cousins and friends and we all had a great time.  What a wonderful day!!!!   May God continue to bless Olivia and all those who love her so much.  A special “than you” to Annette and Chris for grabbing my camera from time to time so I could be in some of the photos .

More beautiful little ballerinas.  This time it was Andrea and her sister, Diana Sofia.  They are so sweet!!!  I met them at South Florida Ballet Academy to capture portraits for the recital program and they looked like dolls.  See for yourself.

Once again I had the pleasure of taking Emilie and Melanie’s photos.  This time I met them at South Florida Ballet Studios, where they take ballet lessons.  We took some portraits in their dance outfits as well as with the ballerina costumes they will wear for the academy’s yearly performance show.  They looked adorable and I had an opportunity to see how well they dance.  Here are some of the images I captured.
