Thank You
Recently, at a wedding I was photographing, someone called me “the memory maker.” I thought that was not only very cute, but a very accurate and clever thing to say about a photographer. This blog post is just a little note dedicated to all my wonderful clients for a great year. I am grateful for your trust in me and my work, and for sharing the most precious moments of your lives with me. I have enjoyed every minute of it, and I hope to photograph many more happy moments for you and your loved ones. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. May God always bless you and yours. Here’s a photo my son captured while I was enjoying some of the beautiful holiday cards my clients created with the photos I took. May the new year bring us all many blessings and may I continue to be your “memory maker.” Lost of love. Loly.

“It’s Christmastime”
As usual, I took many photos for my clients’ holiday cards. Anita and Anthony chose to decorate a tree at the park to use as backdrop for their photos with their beautiful baby, Sofia. Michelle and Damian decided they wanted their holiday cards in their favorite sport team’s theme and included their dog, Coco in the photos. Some grandmas came to the shoots, we had little Christmas ballerinas, lots of santa hats, red slippers, and Christmas ornaments. Lina and her daughter, Valerie had their photos taken while decorating a tree, and Amy, Jake and Rowan had their family portraits by the lake. We also took some New Year portraits of Rowan wearing his top hat, bow tie, and “formal diaper” lol. I enjoyed all the photo shoots as they were unique to each family and lots of fun. I decided to put together a slideshow which includes a few photos from each of the latest holiday sessions. Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy 2011.

Wendy & Fernando’s Reception
The reception was held ant the Royal Palace Ballroom and it was a blast. This crowd really knows how to party. After the customary first dances, toasts and formal portraits with their guests, they enjoyed a nice dinner while the mariachi band played. Then the dancing music started and everyone got up from their chairs, surrounded the couple on the dance floor, and danced non stop. What a fun wedding! Thank you to Wendy, Fernando and Wendy’s parents for having me be a part of the wedding. I really enjoyed being among such good people. May God bless your marriage.

Wendy & Fernando’s Wedding Ceremony
The beautiful ceremony was held at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Miami Lakes. Wendy and Fernando were surrounded by their family and friends, and their love and happiness was contagious. May God bless their marriage. Congratulations Wendy and Fernando! After taking portraits at the church, we all went on to celebrate at their fun wedding reception. Stay tuned for photos of the party coming soon.

Wendy Getting Ready
Wendy got ready for her big day at the Don Shula Hotel in Miami Lakes. I had the pleasure of spending a few hours with her, her mother and bridesmaids as they prepared for the much anticipated wedding. Please enjoy the slideshow I’ve put together with a few of the photos captured that afternoon. We then went to Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church where the ceremony was held. I will be sharing some of the ceremony photos on my next posting.
