Carlos Manuel’s Baptism at Gesu Catholic Church
A beautiful baby, a beautiful family, and a beautiful church were the perfect ingredients for this baptism. I was honored to once again participate in capturing photos of such special moments for such special people. Carlos and Carmen are the proud parents of Carlos Manuel who was just six weeks old when they gathered at Gesu Catholic Church in Downtown, Miami to baptize him. Gesu is the oldest catholic church in South Florida and it just couldn’t be more beautiful and inspiring. Father Eduardo “Eddy” Alvarez, S.J. officiated the intimate ceremony, and Carlos Manuel behaved very well. After some family portraits at the church, we all went to the maternal grandparents’ home in Coral Gables to enjoy a delicious lunch in celebration of this happy occasion. May God always bless Carlos Manuel and his family.

Your Friendly Neighborhood, Spiderman! Enrique’s 3rd Birthday
Spiderman was the theme of Enrique’s birthday party, and we all felt as if we had stepped into a scene of one of Spiderman’s cartoons when we got there. Spiderman made his entrance from the rooftop, and children and adults alike were amazed by his acrobatic abilities. No question, we were all entertained by the best “real” Spiderman I have ever seen, you can contact them at www.funfactorybounce.com . Enrique had a wonderful time playing with his little sister Amalia and all their friends. They all enjoyed snacks, bounce houses from Fiesta Depot, www.fiestasdepot.com, a Spiderman piñata, and a tasty cake from Yummy Cakes, www.yummycakesandmore.com. What a great party! Happy Birthday Enrique, I just love taking your pictures :-)

Finally the much anticipated day of Nicholas’ baptism arrived, and we all gathered at the Coral Gables Congregational Church for the happy occasion. Nicholas looked like an absolute angel, and behaved well during the ceremony. After a few family portraits at the church, we headed out to the Somoano’s residence in Palm Bay where family and friends enjoyed a very nice lunch catered by the Crepe Maker, and music by Larry Roberts Entertainment, you can check him out at www.http/larryrobertsent.com. After taking a little nap, Nicholas woke up ready for portraits, cake, and opening presents. We had a great time! May God always bless Nicholas, Tania, Nicole and their family. Congratulations to all!
