I recently had the pleasure of photographing this super cool family on a very chilly, but sunny morning.  Where else do you get to wear your guayaberas and walk around enjoying the ocean breeze and taking photos during the month December?  You gotta love Miami!

I have photographed this beautiful family’s events for many years.  It was now time for their third child’s christening, and once again, I was fortunate to be there with them.  Joaquin Alejandro was very well behaved during the ceremony and seemed to enjoy all of Monsignor’s blessings, as well as all the attention he received at the nice reception that followed.  Many blessings to Joaquin Alejandro and his family.

Sami is not only beautiful, but so sweet.  I just loved taking her portraits.  We included traditional portraits and some fun urban shots in our session, which made for a very fun morning for Sam, her mom, her grandmother and myself.  Here are a few of my favorites.  Happy Birthday Sami!  XOXO

Back in 2008, I had the pleasure of photographing Alex  Lenin’s wedding, and I often thought about them as they were one of my favorite couples.  We recently met again after all these years to capture portraits of their beautiful family.  I was thrilled to see them again and meet Alicia and Nico.  Here are some photos from the shoot.

Rebecca’s baby shower was celebrated with a very nice lunch at Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita Restaurant in the Brickell area.  They decorated with a maritime theme, and the room looked great with all the sailboats, light houses and lantern centerpieces.  It was wonderful for me to be a part of another special event for Rebecca and her family and friends.  The baby is due on December 31st, so they will be ringing in the New Year with a wonderful new addition to the family.  Such a special gift!  Congratulations!

Amalia’s third birthday party was an explosion of everything pink.  She loved it, and so did I!  There were sweets, treats, a big piñata, ponies, bounce houses, face painting, and Amalia enjoyed it all.  She had lots of fun with her big brother, cousins, and all her little friends.  Happy Birthday Amalia!  XOXO.

It has been Bertica’s dream to have a big party  surrounded by her family and good friends to celebrate all the good things in her life. What a great idea!  Well, her dream recently came true, and I had the pleasure of photographing the event.  They celebrated Bertica’s birthday, her mother, Nieve’s birthday, and Bertica and Carlos’ wedding anniversary.  The party was so much fun, and everything was so beautiful!  The event design, production, and catering was provided  by  Suzanne Michael Haute Cuisine & Events,  The music was provided by David Oliva’s band and the party was just a blast.  I leave you with some shots and a music slideshow from the night.  Enjoy!
